Simply email us the number of products you require for your shopping cart and we’ll send you a quote.
Once your website is online, any changes we make for you (such as updating text or images) are charged at $50 per change, unless you’re on our Premium Services plan.
If you purchase our Premium Services, you’ll receive 4 minor changes per year included, so you can request updates without paying each time.
If you’d like to make changes yourself, you can edit your site via your own WordPress dashboard. You’ll receive full administration passwords to both your cPanel and WordPress Dashboard once your invoice has been paid in full.

Our servers back up your site daily. If your website is accidentally deleted, corrupted, or infected, we can restore it from a backup for an additional fee, so your site can be up and running again.

Yes, our hosting includes email accounts under your domain (for example, you@yourbusiness.com.au). If you prefer to use external email (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), we can help point your domain to those services.
Yes, absolutely. You own your website, including all images and content.
You pay us for the development of your website; we hold no copyright or ownership over it. The files on your hosting account belong to you, and you can change your hosting provider at any time.
Please note: The first year of web hosting is non-refundable. We do not charge any exit fees after the first year.
A 50% deposit is required to start the project. The remaining balance due before launch/before we hand over full logins. Full details of payment terms and refunds are outlined on your invoice.
