Website Builders Australia provide all our services via email and telephone for further more Questions. You can contact us anytime between 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Good communication between the website developer and the client is vital in establishing a professional and effective website, therefore we encourage you to contact us if you have any queries regarding your website.
CAN I USE MY OWN HOSTING?
Unfortunately Website Builders Australia do not build websites that are hosted on another server. You must purchase one of our hosting plans if you would like us to build your website.
WHAT PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer 3 Website Packages.
Prices are GST inclusive.
Google Recaptcha, Google Site Submission, Google Analytic and Google Business Page, 4 FREE website updates per year in addition, Website maintenance, Website vulnerabilities, Security Plugin and Site Back up are only applicable when purchased together with one of our hosting plans
WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD CONTENT OR IMAGES TO MY WEBSITE ONCE IT IS ONLINE?
Website Builders Australia hosting plans includes up to 4 changes per year. If you need to add or remove content, we will do it all for you. If you would like to add text and photos yourself, you can edit your files via your own wordpress dashboard. You will receive full administration passwords to your Cpanel and WordPress Dashboard once your invoice has been paid in full. You can follow the tutorials on how to make changes to your website on the NEWS tab.
DO WEBSITE BUILDERS AUSTRALIA BUILD ECOMMERCE WEBSITES?
Yes we do. Just send us the amount of products you require for your shopping cart and we will send you a quote.

WHERE ARE YOUR SERVERS LOCATED?
Our architecturally designer servers are built using the latest hardware technology and is NVMe Based offering 99.95% uptime, SSD Based Storage and DDOS Protection and located in Sydney Australia.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEBSITE IS ONLINE?
Time will vary depending on how quickly you provide us with content, images and anything else we need to build your site. Generally, we design a colour scheme based on your existing branding. As a starting point, we ask for a digital file of your logo and we will design a website using a colour scheme which compliments your logo. Website Builders Australia encourage our clients to gather all information and pictures to include on their website. Once we receive your content and images, your website will be online within a week.
DO I OWN THE WEBSITE ONCE IT IS COMPLETED?
Yes, of course you do. You own all images and content. You pay us for the development of your website. We hold no copyright or ownership of your website. The files on your hosting account belong to you. Furthermore you can change your hosting provider at anytime. The first 2 years of webhosting is non-refundable. We do not charge any exit fees after the first 2 years.
WHAT IF I ACCIDENTLY DELETE OR INFECT MY SITE?
Furthermore Website Builders Australia servers are back up your site on a daily bases. For an additional fee, we can restore your website so it’s up and running again.
